Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIESGenerating Good Receipt Note (GRN) when receiving in-coming materialsScanning GRN and Supplier Delivery Order (DO) to customersGenerating GRN Report for customersGenerating DO for collection of materials (including weighing)Informing and reminding customers to pick-up ready/uncollected materialsHandling and follow up on Phone Calls, Whatapps and EmailsHandling query and feedback from customersFollow up and update customers on their GRN’s statusInforming customers if materials received has damage, shortage or additional, and incomplete detailsGenerating Customers’ GRN Listing dailyStamping and confirming payment for Cash On Delivery (COD) customersCollecting cash, cheques from COD customersFiling/Matching of GRN and DOREQUIREMENTSMinimum GCE ‘N’ or ’O’ Level / ITE / Diploma in Business or related disciplineProficient, able to use effectively Microsoft Office Applications such as: MS Word and ExcelFluent in spoken and written EnglishAble to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers and colleagues.Willing to learn and work in multi-national environment.Able to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detailsWilling to work on alternate Saturday - 5.5 daysCandidate with 1 year experience in a similar position will be an added advantageEntry level candidate are welcome to apply as training will be provided to suitable candidate
