We are looking for a dynamic Assistant/Junior Food Safety Officer to be part of the team. You will be responsible for all hygiene and food safety standards of assigned locations.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and review specifications for raw materials, equipment, process (SOPs) and finished products at Central Kitchen PlantManage pre-requisite programs including personal hygiene, sanitation, pest control, supplier evaluation, calibration and maintenance.To ensure hygiene and sanitation practices are carried out at all timesConduct on-site inspections of kitchens to ensure in compliance to company’s SOPs and Food Safety Management System.Maintenance of ISO 22000:2018, Safe Event Audit manual, documents and files.Customer complaint investigations and root cause analysis and implement appropriate corrective actions.Troubleshoot non-conformance and improve with suggestions.Compile and analyse lab test results.Assist in regulatory, certification body and follow-up corrective/ preventive actions.Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned by superior.RequirementsA level, Diploma or equivalent, in Food Science/Technology or related skillsAble to multitask and work within timeline Good analytical skills and communication skillsTeam player and meticulous in workEntry level or 2 years’ experienceInterested applicants are invited to apply with your detailed resume via the “Apply Now” option.We thank you for your interest and regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
