Ensuring GRN /MIGO is performed promptly by warehouse & 3PL. Co-ordinate with planning / CS team and communicate to 3PL to fulfill customers’ deliveryResponsibilities:Manage Ecolab & Nalco Import logistical operationsTackle and resolve day to day issuesEnsure Regulatory Licensing & Transportation complianceProvide support and offer advice to clients on logistical operationsLiaise with other departments to ensure the fullest accuracy on documentation and operationsProvide quotation for internal shipment requests especially ex-worksFulfill customer requests for logistical supportCheck and validate billing invoices for logistics and services for payment approvalFollow up and ensure that GRN is done in a timely mannerFollow up to ensure that Service Providers provide GR reports within the lead timeEnsure all compliance matters are settled in a timely mannerUpload & update COAs for incoming shipmentsCo-ordinate with planning / CS team, external warehouse, transport contractors, freight forwarders, crane operators and warehouse on local, import and export shipments to fulfill client’s needsSchedule and follow up on shipments/deliveriesEnsure timely clearance of shipment to avoid hefty charges such as storage and demurrage chargesProvide related supports to the Sales teamMake decisions relative to the most cost-effective method of transporting products for clientsCarry out duties in accordance with HSE & Quality policy, operational and job procedures and be aware of the consequences of departure from specified operational proceduresRequirements:Diploma in Logistics/ Supply Chain with at least 2-3 years experience in importsPreferably with SAP knowledgeA team-playerEcolab and its approved recruitment partners will not ask you for a fee to process your job application.
