Job Description

Job Title: CAMS Room Operator (Day and Night Shift)Responsibility:Monitor CCTV cameras, Analytics alerts, Intrusion and Fire Alarms signalsAttend and Response to CAMS and DECAMs alarms in timely mannerAttend to incoming and outgoing callsManage and assign fault call reporting to internal maintenance teamDispatch response officersPrepare incident/ occurrence reports and attend to emails.Requirements:Minimum PLRD SSO Rank and aboveAbility to work rotating shift is a plusCompleted secondary school educationExperience with MS office (Excel, Word and Email)Team player, result-oriented & self-drivenA good supporter with excellent communication skillsAbility to Work Independently
