ResponsibilitiesAbout the jobE-commerces Governance and Experience team is responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. We are looking for product managers who are passionate about building a healthy ecosystem by enforcing platform rules, detecting risks, assessing core metrics and designing evaluation mechanism to solve complex ecosystem problems.Roles and ResponsibilitiesOwn product vision and roadmap by leading initiatives within multiple domains including seller risk control, policy education, moderation flow, content safety, logistics risk control, rating system of shops and creators etc;Define standards of machine learning models deployment and be responsible for applications of model detection results;Able to define and design systematic product solutions to solve ambiguous problems in a fast-paced and multi team-based environment;Drive cross-regional collaboration and cross-functional collaboration by working closely with legal, operation, designer, data analysts, algorithm engineers and parallel product teams;Manage prioritization and balance trade-offs among seller experience, user experience, performance, and creator experience within the ecosystem.QualificationsBachelor degree in STEM majors preferred. MBA from top business school preferred;3+ years of experience in product management, business consulting, supply chain or related field;Broad technical breadth and depth including familiarity with Machine Learning, statistical modeling, algorithms, OCR and ASR etc;Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and driving innovation on behalf of internal and external stakeholders;Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
