Job Responsibilities/Requirements:Reporting to the head of presales and solutions development in the Corporate Sales and Solutions team, this dynamic role shall be responsible for leading all presales activities for enterprise 5G opportunities and proposing innovative use cases that capitalise on the characteristics of 5G. He/she shall work closely with the Engineering team to ensure that a winning preposition is provided to satisfy the customer’s requirements. The successful candidate shall have experience working in a telco environment performing presales activities for enterprise cellular solutions having in depth understand of 4G/5G cellular technologies and how it can be applied to business use cases. The individual shall also be innovative and a fast learner to ensure that he/she stays abreast with the latest in the industry.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for presales activities for enterprise 5G solutions including leading discussion with customers to understand requirements, develop solutions that address their needs and formulate winning strategies when responding to tendersResponsible for preparation of responses to tenders as part of a bid team comprising of Sales, Commercial, Project Management and EngineeringWork with partners to develop solutions for enterprise 5G solution and use casesWork alongside Sales team to participate in demand generation activities such as conducting customer workshops, providing advice to address customerPerform enablement to sales and other members of team to familiarise them with enterprise 5G solutionsFunction as the subject matter expert for enterprise 5G solutionsMentor junior members of the team for skills upgradeJob RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer ScienceBackground in networking technologies and up to date with latest technologiesRelevant certifications from vendors such as Cisco, Nokia, Ericsson or Huawei on cellular and networking solutions will be a plusBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science, Master’s degree will be a plus.More than 10 years of experience in an MNO engineering or technical presales role or equipment vendor environment in a presales or solution consultancy capacity for cellular technologiesMore than 3 years of experience responding to complex government tendersExperience working with enterprise mobile use cases such as robotics, AR/VR, IoT etc. is highly desirableExperience with standards based architectures such as OpenRAN is a plus.Fluent spoken and written EnglishFast learning and can pick up technical skills independentlyKeen learner on latest technologies, especially cellular and other digital technologiesInnovative and able to put together creative use casesIndependent worker who can function with minimal supervisionGood writing skills, able to articulate well solution features and align them with customer requirementsGood communications and presentation skillsGood interpersonal skills
