As a Senior Manager in our Human Capital team, you will be working closely with the Leadership of the Firm to drive our talent attraction, management and development initiatives and leads the human capital team.Responsibilities:· Plan, develop and execute talent strategies including attraction, acquisition, retention and management of human capital of the firm· Drive continuous improvement and innovation to ensure effective implementation and delivery of talent strategies· Work with all levels of management and departments to provide unparallel human resources expertise in all aspects of the human capital function· Lead the human capital team in executing effective and efficient workflow and processes· Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships by partnering with practice leaders to identify and understand their hiring needs· Provide timely report and analytics and provide recommendations to the leadershipRequirements:· More than 8 years of experience in Talent and Human Capital management, with at least 3 years in management position· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field is preferred· Significant experience of working in HR in professional services or corporate environment· Proven ability to partner with leaders and drive change and engagement· Strong leadership and people management capabilities· Foster an efficient, innovative and team-oriented work environment We are looking for a highly motivated leader with the skills and attributes to succeed.
