Job Description

Roles & ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Promoter will be responsible for achieving and meeting sales targets by recruiting students through cold calling and up-selling, and maintaining sales leads for follow-up sales. He/she will also prospect for new learners, enhance retention sales, and build and maintain learner relationships.Responsibilities:Achieve and meet sales targets by recruiting students through cold calling and up-selling. Keep and maintain sales leads for follow-up sales.Attend indoor or outdoor sales events.Carry out digital marketing activities and monitor digital marketing channels’ performance.Prospect for new learners by attending course briefings and external events such as Job/Education fairs.Enhance retention sales by class visits, update course information and build relationships with existing learners.Maintain learner relationships and responding to learners enquiries promptly.Requirements:Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/ O Level in any field.At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
