We have much room for improvement and many ideas that will further shape the industry.As a Regional Commercial Strategy Manager, you will work with top management to steer the implementation of best sales practices, sales process design, commercial reporting and analysis, incentivization schemes and other commercial frameworks.ResponsibilitiesExplore, develop and drive the implementation of new strategic initiatives to improve commercial performance and sales efficiency for the businessCollaborate directly with regional and country commercial heads to develop and execute our overall sales strategyDesign, implement and optimize sales processes drive improvement in other critical steps of the customer journeyManage a team of analysts to drive timely and accurate sales forecasting, commercial reporting and customer analytics across all marketsRequirementsBachelor’s Degree in relevant business discipline3 - 5 years of relevant experience in sales management, business development, management consulting or similar roles.
