ResponsibilitiesTikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy.TikTok seeks a product marketing professional with a background in digital media to lead go-to-market for eCommerce and retail solutions in Southeast Asia. Sitting as part of SEA Product Marketing team in the Product Strategy & Operations organization, the role involves close collaboration with both in-market sales and global & regional product teams in a high growth environment. Abilities to self-motivate, prioritise projects and influence cross functional partners are key skills. Ideal candidate should have experience working with digital advertising products in a product marketing capacity and also be familiar with eCommerce and/or retail industry. This is a full-time position based in Singapore.Responsibilities:Own product growth and adoption for TikToks Vertical ad solutions (Dynamic Showcase Ads, Collection Ads, Lead Generation Ads, etc) in Southeast Asia;Collaborate with Sales & Account Management teams to develop best practices through the lens of eCommerce & retail clients to drive business outcomes;Partner with Sales leadership, Business Marketing, Global & Regional product marketing teams to set long-term objectives and develop go-to-market strategies for eComm and retail vertical;Collaborate with Regional Product Marketing team to plan and deliver product training to sales teams and develop local product marketing collaterals;Act as the voice of the market to the product team; analyze, evaluate and synthesize market opportunities, in-market feedback and customer problems to influence product strategy and roadmaps.Qualifications5+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, digital advertising or relevant experience with a strong focus on performance/direct response campaigns;Track record of influencing cross-functional teams;Ability to set priorities, problem solve, multi-task and work independently;Flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment;Fluency in English is a must. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;A commercial and data-driven mindset with experience conducting market research and analysis, building business cases to influence product management decisions;Bachelors degree or above.Preferred qualifications:Experience in digital marketing business for performance/direct response campaigns;Possess a strong knowledge of trends in the eComm and retail industry and strong understanding of clients digital marketing objectives for these industries;Ability and desire to solve complex problems with data and quantitative analytical skills;Proficiency in local Southeast Asian Language (Vietnamese, Bahasa, Thai) will be an advantage.
