We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our product and operations team, together we can build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.This role will work on our new business in Singapore, and will be responsible for critical early stage work including the launch and deployment of logistics from the ground up.Join us as we drive the future of e-commerce here at TikTok.Responsibilities:Drive the deployment of operations in Singapore, and build partnerships with local key players in the logistics and payment industriesConduct market and industry research, create operation plans to address issues and hedge the risks caused by market or policy changes if neededManage the day to day operations, track record of high performance and team improvementEnsure procedures and regulations are enforced, and continuously improve the key metrics of productivity, service quality and stakeholder satisfactionQualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with supply chain operation management backgroundAt least 3 to 5 years of working experience in e-commerce marketplace operationsExcellent communication skills with the ability to secure alignmentSelf-motivated and results driven, able to collaborate and ability to influence stakeholdersProficiency in English; ability to speak Mandarin will be a good plusTiktok is dedicated to fostering a welcoming work space and championing diversity and inclusion.
