This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an American multinational law firm as a Legal Assistant to support lawyers in the M&A, Private Equity and Capital Markets practices. Your day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the Legal Associates in various legal matters from drafting of legal documents, performing legal research and coordinate with various stakeholders on administrative matters.Client DetailsOur client is an American multinational law firm with more than 2,000 lawyers across 20 offices globally.
