Job responsibilities Collate and prepare weekly updates and monthly reports for submission to Director and Assistant COOPlan and coordinate meetings as well as simple minutes-taking for internal meetings Filing and archiving reports, presentations and materials from key meetings with Senior Management Maintain an existing database to monitor Specialist Outpatient Clinics operating technology usage and downtime Assist with data entry on clinic utilisation and conduct occasional surveys in TTSH Specialist Outpatient ClinicsHandle general correspondence (via email) with internal stakeholders on behalf of the Dept Requirements Excellent communication and writing skills in English Two years of relevant experience Diploma or degree holder Proficient in MS OfficeMeticulous, detail-oriented with good coordination and organisational skills Affable personality and good with people
