Job Responsibilities:Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies, plans and campaigns focused on demand and lead generation that are aligned to business goalsDevelop a deep understanding of customers, products and the buyer’s journey Brainstorm and deploy effective branding and positioning strategiesHave strong understanding on social media marketing and SEM/SEOCreate personas tied to specific customer needs and preferencesGrow distribution across all channels, not just owned channels. Must be skilled in content creation supported by SEO/SEM optimisation and PPC strategyDevelop and deploy various lead generation funnels on the main marketing websitePlan and executing the email marketing strategyLead, plan and execute content creation for blog or knowledge center on the websiteSupport business development with the necessary marketing collaterals - presentation decks, success stories and othersLeverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflowsCoordinate with marketing agencies to lead the creation of marketing assets including copywriting, blog posts, website content, social media content, collaterals, videos and othersWork closely with other departments to build cross-functional cohesion.Present to upper management to get buy-in and secure budgets, as well as report resultsTrack, measure and report on the performance (ROIs, KPIs, etc.) of all digital marketing campaigns against goals to senior management on a regular basisWork with outreach team to perform pre-sales qualification of the enquiries and pass sales qualified leads to the sales team for inbound leads generated from the various marketing channelsPerform any other ad-hoc tasks related to the scope of demand generation and marketingQualifications:Degree in Marketing or communicationsHands-on with Facebook business manager, Google Ads, Mailchimp and Wordpress3 years of experience in marketing related rolesUnderstanding of Singapore B2B Market
