We apply leading-edge technology in innovative ways to provide high quality products and comprehensive services in this era of globalisation and vest-technological change.Job DescriptionThe Engineer - Customer Service supports the business in all aspect of Customer Services, Products Servicing, Sales and After Sales at CS centre in Singapore to achieve customer (end user) satisfaction through effective technical support.Servicing, mainly compliance checking of healthcare devices- Blood Pressure Monitor, Nebulizer, Thermometer, Body Composition Machine, and Weight Scale, with some repair required for selected models.Ensure that all returned products are processed effectively in accordance with the applicable documented service manuals and standard operation procedures.Ensure that all administration relating to returned goods from retailers and customers is handled effectively and according to policy.Order stock and check inventory of spare parts and products at CS centre in SingaporeMaintain Service, Equipment Maintenance Records, e.g. maintenance of equipment calibration list and SOP documents per required GDPMDS standard.Support Customer Service Executive with regards to technical questions and provide general technical support for customers (internal and external) and report Quality issues and Customer complaints to Technical Service Engineer. Attend to customer enquiries via emails, over the phone or face to face, reply to customers in a timely, clear and concise manner. Provide product knowledge, and Demos for walk-in customers.Job Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Field Engineering or related field Proficient in English, both written and verbalGood knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
