Job Scope:Key custodian of Customer Experience (CX) & interactions with the organisation which includes Customer Engagements, Customer Lifecycle Value (CLV) & mapping of Customer Journey (CJ)? through building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.Activate action plans & planning activities: Sales & Aftersales (maximizing service/ customer touchpoints) to expand customer base by upselling & cross-selling services as sustainable revenue stream - Identify opportunities across customer lifecycle to increase customer satisfaction and revenueMaintaining favourable CSI/ SSI/ NPS milestones & addressing service-related issues and reinforce service standards.Set up and optimization of customer experience process (CX/ UX) between teams and based on business needsManage customer & stakeholder?s feedback & to ensure all feedback are promptly attended toProactively work with various departments & stakeholders to look at areas for improvement leveraging on latest CRM platforms & analyticsIdentify & drive efficiency & effectiveness within the team and highlight pertinent issues for process improvementsResolve customer challenges by identifying and escalating issues appropriatelyEnsure compliance of PDPA when developing and implementing policies and processes for handling personal data;Foster a data protection culture among employees and communicate personal data protection policies to stakeholders;Manage personal data protection related queries and complaints;Requirement:Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development, Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please email us an updated copy of resume to [email protected]For candidate who applied for advertised position is deemed to have consented to us that we may collect, use or disclose your personal information for purpose in connection with the services provided by us.
