Wholesale Payments Product Delivery | Product/Strategy Support Manager – APAC - Singapore; Vice President 603  Wholesale Payments Product Delivery OverviewThe Wholesale Payments Product Delivery organization is responsible for scaling and integrating payments platforms across Commercial Banking and the Corporate & Investment Bank, by defining the product strategy, segmenting clients and packaging solutions against these segments, determining the end-to-end delivery strategy, managing product launches and enabling the sales teams.Field Strategy and CommercializationField Strategy and Commercialization supports the Wholesale Payments Product Delivery strategy by enabling our internal sales and support teams to successfully commercialize new solutions and prepare clients for product and process changes. Overall, the group works across regions globally, and supports multiple lines of businesses including Commercial Banking (CB), Corporate Investment Bank (CIB), including Wholesale Payments, which covers Commercial Card, Global Trade Finance, Merchant Services and Treasury Services.Job DescriptionAs part of the Wholesale Payments Product Delivery Ready-to-Launch (RTL) team, the ideal candidate will manage complex product solution launches for the APAC region, as well as support Product partners with executing readiness plans for less complex solutions (RTL Lite). This function requires an experienced project manager who is articulate, highly organized, resourceful and self-motivated. The individual must be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and have a strong understanding of Wholesale Payments Products, as well as excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.The role includes:Partnering closely with Wholesale Payments Product Leads to understand and help drive the delivery strategy on new solutions across multiple lines of businesses within CB and CIB.Project managing key solutions using existing RTL framework and process.Ensure communication and readiness plans, including new collateral best practices and training requirements are executed to prepare internal audiences to commercialize, onboard and service/support new solutions.Reporting to senior management and key stakeholders on progress of RTL initiatives.This position will require understanding of key concepts such as Real Time Payments, Virtual Branch and eCommerce among other innovative solutions. Whilst the role will primarily support the APAC region, the successful candidate may be required to provide backup support across the broader International RTL Team.Key responsibilities for this role include:Oversee and manage the RTL process for assigned projects, coordinating with key stakeholders and internal partners across multiple lines of businesses to ensure successful delivery of new solutions.Identify, track and drive completion of project deliverables using established RTL tools.Provide project management support to assess impacts, provide strategic guidance, define requirements and plan readiness activities.Establish strong working relationships with product partners, as well as key stakeholder partners in service, onboarding, legal, finance, compliance, risk and controls.Create internal communications and distribute using established Change Readiness & Communications framework. Assist in preparing stakeholder updates for management.Partner with Investment Governance and Business Management as they track Commercialization of RTL product launchesQualificationsBachelor’s degree with minimum of five years of project management experience in the financial services industry.Knowledge of Wholesale Payments products and systems.Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage schedules and deadlines for multiple projects.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a thorough knowledge of the English language, grammar, spelling, punctuation and usage, to support the APAC clients.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail.Self-starter who is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.Adept at working with colleagues at all levels, including senior management.High level of independence, energy and integrity; demonstrates respect for a diversity of opinions and styles.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and priorities high volume, high priority initiatives.Expertise in Microsoft applications (especially PowerPoint) and experience using SharePoint.About UsJ.P.
