Job Description

Job DescriptionReporting to the Commercial Banking - APAC Business Operations Executive (BOE) Lead, the successful applicant will be an energetic individual with the capability of multi-tasking and analytically reviewing processes to identify improvements. This is a demanding role and requires a talented individual who is able to work independently and partner with other departments in a collaborative way.Responsibilities:Provide support to the Business Operations Executive in executing the regional strategies and initiatives in line with business growth across all functions/locationsResponsible for the identification of Service and Operations issues which impact the client.Act as the liaison point between the International Coverage teams and the Business Operations teams to understand issues and act as a point of escalation within th region and raising to global partners as appropriateWorking closely with Risk and Control with respect to identification and resolution of service and Operational issuesLead the client service agenda in region and maintain appropriate feedback loop to US teams including Parent BankersReview Operational and service metrics including allocations to ensure there is appropriate support for the International Coverage teams.Take the lead in understanding Technology issues impacting clients and CB APAC and work through with Technology and Operations partners to understand root cauand any onward action and communication that is requiredManage the Client Decision Making process for APAC CDMC and ensure that client engagement remains efficient and effectiveRepresent CB APAC at the SIMT forums and ensure resiliency plans are accurate and appropriately communicatedLead CB and firm wide initiatives and provide detailed updates to Regional and Global ManagementQualifications:At least 3 years of experience in Client Experience/ Client Servicing/ Operations/ Administrative office within the financial services industry is requiredAdept in the use of Excel and PowerPointAbility to undertake root cause analysis and problem solve with solutionsStrong project management, organizational and analytical skillsProactive self-starterInfluence management skillsStrong written and verbal presentation skillsAbility to work independently and run point on projectsApplicants should have a bachelors degree or equivalentWe’re a global company whose primary business language is English, hence fluency in written and spoken English is requiredAbout UsJ.P.
