Job Description

Job DescriptionAs a Client Services Analyst, youll serve as a vital resource for the front office and client-facing stakeholders. Youll act as the liaison between the client, business, technology, control partners, and operations. Your role includes the investigation of inquiries, monitoring trade execution flows, trade reconciliations, and the fundamental understanding of our trading platforms and systems. Candidates must be able to provide and communicate solutions (in person, by phone, and by email) in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Responsibilities:Provide end-to-end trade flow support across all Derivatives Rates product (IRS, CCS, Swaptions)Monitor ongoing support needs to address changes and gapsDrive continuous improvement efforts, while reducing risk across all touch-points in the trade pathEnsure the accurate and timely escalation and resolution of all inquiriesAddress ad hoc queries from client, operations, technology, and the front officeFacilitate training for new application usersWork with the business, technology, and operations to determine priorities, schedule of releases, and detail of the requirements for future enhancements/productsQualifications:Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial industry required, preferably with Sales & Marketing support experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics or other related disciplineIn-depth knowledge of Excel and Internet technologies is preferredHighly disciplined, a self-starter, and the ability to execute on assignments independentlyA team player who demonstrates work ethic and consistently demonstrates a high-level of professionalismAttention to detail with superior written, verbal, and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to communicate with all levels within the Line of BusinessStrong capacity for operating in a flexible, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking is requiredFluency in verbal and written English is required
