Job descriptionTo support the deployment and execution across BEMT sites the Lean operations methodologies. This support must be done through dedicated trainings and implementation of specific business cases.Being one of the Central interface to ensure that lean approach become always important part of our culture and methodology.Drive operations optimization by adoption of standardized best practices and leading continuous improvement activities to achieve manufacturing excellence performances:Lead programs and projects to improve capacity and productivity performances by streamlining standard KPIs such as: Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE), UPH, Cycle Time (CT), Machine utilization, etc.Review and optimize Process Flow by adopting digitalized VSM analysis Support new ramp up implementationLean Deployment and Facilitation:Support operations organizations to set Lean/Lean Six Sigma projects execution as SMED, 5S, PDCA/DMAIC, VSM, Gemba, Muda Elimination, WG, SuggestionsSupports and ensure that tools, resources, and instructional standard materials related to Lean and visual management are available, updated as necessary and maintained to meet ongoing needs. Capacity management:Ensure that demand is aligned with Plant capabilitiesArbitrates on the demand of the CRP versus capacity when neededIdentify roadblock to sustain demandCapacity change trackingKey rampup follow upDriving OEE improvement:Increase Productivity and Maximize Asset utilizationfollow up with PlantsEMCS CoverageOperations Related Projects/Plant Support/KPIStandard Tool:DesignDrive Implementation and deploymentCR and tool evolution management and follow up with DITProfileIn the actual complex and tough context of global BEMT , we have to ensure high reactivity vs capacity installation, and global resources optimization vs demand, either high or low.This situation requires:Key rampup coordinate and execute with high efficiency (Time and Budget)Huge Deep dive exercise to drive / guide OEE improvementHigh Coordination skills to ensure standard tool deploy and evolution management
