As Business Manager:You will be in-charge of making every designer successful and every client receive the best experience.You will be responsible for hiring of designers in collaboration with the rest of the community team.Manage designer resources by providing support and guidance where needed to make the designer independent.Understand each client’s requirements and keep tab on their experience throughout.As a key member of the founding team of this business model, bring insights from the client and designer meetings and suggest process improvements across the board including marketing, product, category and operations.Coordination with different teams for ensuring client deliverables are effectively communicated and met.Have a positive attitude and be an initiative-seeker.You own P&L for your own cohort.Who you are:Bachelors degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Interior Design or 5 years experience in Interior Design.You have a good network of contractors, suppliers, Singapore brands and Vendors.Minimum 2-3 years team management or management consulting experience or a business management role in Tier I companies.Clear first principle thinking.

For homeowners, Livspace is their one-stop destination for end-to-end home interiors. Livspace currently serves nine metro areas in India and boasts a community of over 20,000+ happy customers and 2000+ interior designers.
The interior design space is a multi-billion dollar industry in India, expected to exceed $23 Bn by 2022. Singapore, similarly, is a highly attractive market for Livspace with a US$5 billion home-design industry that is growing at 10% year-on-year.
Singapore is also a representative 21st-century global city and serves as a great testbed for our technology innovations and launches. Our expansion into Singapore marks our first phase of Livspace’s APAC expansion. During the six-month soft launch phase in Singapore, Livspace is already operating at US$15 million gross revenue run rate and growing at 25% month-on-month.
Over the next 2 years, we plan to base over 250 employees in Singapore, including central platform teams. Livspace is a big believer of the Gig Workforce and aims to onboard thousands of designers, contract manufacturers, OEMs and brands to build the best e-commerce supply chain for the home improvement industry. Livspace will also invest in creating the first omnichannel experience in the industry using AR, VR and platform-integrated physical design experience centers.
The founders—Anuj Srivastava and Ramakant Sharma—are former Google and Myntra (one of the top e-comm companies in India) executives, who are seasoned entrepreneurs and successful angel investors. Livspace’s leadership team combines world-class talent and entrepreneurial experience gathered at some of the best companies in the world.
