Job Description

VP/AVP, Program Manager - LCS Platform, Group Legal, Compliance & SecretariatBusiness FunctionGroup Legal, Compliance & Secretariat ensures that the banks interests are protected by zealously guarding and enhancing its reputation and capital. Because we believe that at the heart of business banking is to uphold the values of trust and integrity for all our stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesCo-define program roadmap and prioritize program backlogs/requests by balancing regulatory, audit and business priorities, and squad capacity.Actively engage all stakeholders to develop requirements and identify system and data risks/issues.Monitor tasks, milestones and overall health of program/project to ensure delivery within stipulated timelines without compromising quality.Resolve issues, conflicts and dependencies within the program and across projects, in collaboration with stakeholders.Have oversight of major production issues, remediation and resolution of data gaps within the scope of program.Manage user acceptance tests, including execution of test cases as necessary, develop rollout plan and oversee implementation/live-verification activities, and any post-rollout stabilization work.Manage and communicate effectively with domain leads at senior level and working level teams in a timely and clear manner, including running of project committee meetings and governance forums.RequirementsNon-technical ExperienceExcellent communication, presentation and organizational skills and can be relied upon to make prompt, data-driven and reliable decisions.Ability to multi-task with good analytical and planning skills to effectively manage changing and conflicting priorities.Demonstrate strong ownership of program/projects and assigned tasks with solid solution-oriented mindset.Ability to interface on a professional level with a variety of personalities at different levels and across geographies, leveraging solid relationship-building, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.Self-motivated with positive and can-do attitude, with the fortitude to be comfortable in ambiguous and complex situations.Technical ExperienceMinimum 5 years’ working experience with proven track record of managing projects to meet stipulated timelines with expected outcomes and quality. Work in transformation programs and/or data analysis would be an asset.Solid experience in project management, especially in the application of Agile methodology.Strong background in business analysis and/or root cause analysis, ideally in the Financial Services industry.Working knowledge of Financial Crime domain and associated business processes, including related applications is an advantage.Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Productivity Suite, and project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Octane).Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.Project Management (Agile) and/or Business Analyst certification is preferable.Apply NowWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
