Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Work with the NetOps Service/Product owner to align teams with the service/product vision, sprint goals, and other necessary informationFacilitate groups and coach multiple teams across the service/productCreate an environment of collaboration within the teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflictsChampion continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and increase productivity; coach organization to conduct continuous improvement eventsCommunicate organizational impediments to leadership; clear impediments for the teamDraft governing policies to aid agile-based practices Implement Systems thinking to uncover problems Build self-organizing NetOps Agile teams Nurture the team to imbibe the mentality of Network availability in-line of NetOps Network Reliability Engineering (NRE).Support the team to implement business network standardsEnhance predictability of solution deliveryTake care of delivery hurdlesHelp in neutralizing the resistance to adopt/change the Agile practicesHelp team to grow by following the business mentoring modelIdentify key measurement metrics based on business requirements.Forge a partnership with organizational leaders to expedite their transformation journey Support the team in achieving the service level objectives and agreements (SLO/SLI/SLA)Give direction to the team to achieve strategic and business centric approachGuide team in implementing the “fast feedback, quick changes and safe deployments” cultureNurture the team as a holistic unit to address the business objectives through “continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD)”This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:Bachelors DegreeMinimum 5 years experience in driving transformation and/or strategy formulation and implementationPreferred to be certified as CSM (Certified Scrum Master) and/or CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) and/or have DevOps/SRE certificationsExpertise with Agile and Scrum frameworks and their application in Product Development and delivery organizationAbility to coach and mentorAbility to collaborate with and influence people at various levelsSound understanding of Scaling framework such as LeSS and various other Agile frameworks such as Kanban, XPAbility to leverage skills from coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution and more to serve the team(s)Possess an executive presence and ability to coach multiple teams across the productKnowledge of industry-wide technology strategiesAbility to leverage capabilities across the firm to solve local problems
