No Charges will be incurred by Candidates for any service rendered.Job Scope:Responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the preschoolProvide leadership for setting overall goals for the school as a basis for curriculum objectivesEnsure daily operations are in order and in compliance with licensing and other regulatory requirements, where applicableOversee curriculum planning and professional mattersMentor teachers in all areas to facilitate collaborative approaches to learning, teaching and evaluation so as to improve overall performance standards and competenciesSet the direction for parent partnership, community engagement and talent managementManage relationships with parents to ensure concerns, issues and feedback are addressed on a timely basis appropriatelyManagement and optimisation of centre resources Implementation of specific centre programs, initiatives and eventsHandle centre administrative matters and enrolmentDetermine requirements that must be met regarding licensing, health and safety regulations from the start and local regulatory agenciesPrepare budget and control budget expendituresCollect tuition fee and manage disbursement of cash for purchasesKeep adequate records of income and expendituresPrepare monthly reports for the board and senior management
