Job descriptionBe part of ADG Central Operations & Sustaining Engineering team, with the key role to Simplify and Automate Processes below:Quality processes (MRB, SBL & PAT) and implement the same in FEMT & BEMT Plants to speed up lots data analysis and dispositioning, reduce manual interventions and updates, and standardize maverick lot disposition criteria as much as possible.Yield and SFV improvement data analysis and actionsIn-line control processes for early fault detection and alertTest hardware ordering and inventory systemTest program library development and autonomous test code generation/conversion between different tester platforms.ProfileBachelor or Master’s Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Physics Engineering.Min. 10 years’ experience in Semiconductor Industry &/or Project Mgmt.Digital and Mixed-Signal product knowledge, including good understanding of test methodologies for these product families.Experience in maverick lot analysis and dispositions, and management of Material Review Board.Experience in yield improvement data analysis and methodologies.Experience in FT and EWS production process flow, and management of relevant control procedures.Experience in automation projects, to minimize human intervention, and simplify work procedures.Ability to work Independently and resolve technical issues.Ability to work across time zones, and to work with Diverse People to ensure Project Completion
