Job Summary:· Responsible for assisting the HR Director in the day to day HR operations which includes but not limited to recruitment, manpower planning, HR administration, Leave Administration, performance management, employee services, relations and L&D administration.· Manage monthly outsourced payroll activities with the vendor.· Administer HR communication in office through notices, circulars and memos.· Assist to organise, plan HR activities and initiatives.· Maintain and update all personnel records.· HR Database management, updating, retrieving and processing records to ensure accurate and up to date information.· Responsible for the full range of processes in work passes administration and renewal of qualified person to practise.· Undertake any other HR supports and ad-hoc projects as directed by the HR Director.Requirements:Degree major in Human Resource Management/Business Administration/Psychology related discipline or equivalent.Preferred minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience in HR/or Organisation Development capacity (but not essential).Conversant with the labour regulations and HR industry practices.Good interpersonal skills with all level of people.Resourceful, able to multi-task and strive in a high pressure, result driven environment.Ability to commence work upon short notice.Good problem-solving capabilities.
