Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service - As the first point of contact, This Role will liaise with the customer and responsible for executing the planning and fulfillment of orders to ensure available to promise (ATP) & on-time in full delivery (OTIF).Establish a structured S&OP cycle to ensure all elements of the supply chain (internal and external) have plans to support short- and medium-term business needs. This Role will identify key concerns and build sensitivities based on S&OP updates and processes to derive achievable closed-loop production-capacity-material plan and resolve any shortage issues.Timing monitoring of the customer demand signal and provide the finance with the weekly, monthly and annual sale orders of current and futureWork with counterparts in RLC UK to establish and maintain effective transfer of raw material demand and supply signal creation, monitoring and fulfillment policy and procedures. Control, manage and maintain the kitting boxes in support to the delivery of raw material between RLC Singapore and RLC UK.Liaise with other departments e.g. quality, engineering, IT, etc. & counterparts in RLC UK to ensure departments are kept informed of any customer/internal requirement in programme changes. Provide production planning to production team in support to the customer demand on weekly basis and ensure On-Time delivery to customer is met.Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the General Manager.Requirements:Relevant Degree/Diploma with a production & capacity planning and inventory control background with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience in a manufacturing planning environment.Good understanding of collaborative forecasting, planning and order fulfillment concepts.Excellent communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills with good exposure to customer management skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and advance skills in using Excel spreadsheets.A good understanding of manufacturing systems. Previous MRP or APS experience will be an added advantage.
