Responsibilities:Responsible for meeting goals & targets for the overall sales & marketing of WOA flying and social membershipsAble to understand competitive landscape independently and recommend strategy/plans adjustmentsMeet sales targets for new & renewal membership count, and also subscribers to WOA’s flying programsAble to independently map out sales opportunity, target clients/segments, align marketing programs, and develop sales call and execution plans, and close sales leadsMaintain close relationships with members and have thorough & continual understanding of members’ needs, and meeting these needsDevelop innovative and desirable member engagement and retention programs and initiatives, including a regular e-NewsletterMaximize the deployment of WOA’s aircraft & related assets via various flying programsWork closely with Flight Instructions/Instructors to develop WOA’s flying programs to support further membership growth and retentionIndependently develop robust, integrated online & offline marketing plans, including copywriting and design of marketing collateralsMaintain and enhance current marketing database and sales pipelineResponsible for internal management reporting including regular member e-newsletterProvide marketing support to drive Aviators’ Lounge’s customer/member usageAny other duties as assigned by the managementReports to General ManagerRequirements:Diploma or similarExperience: 2-5 years of related experience.Confidence in sales and / or excellent sales experienceDynamic individuals without sales experience are welcome to applyAbility to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills.Able to interact with people in a positive and courteous mannerGood spoken and written English with Mandarin/Malay as second languageProactive, meticulous and able to work independently requiring minimal directionPunctual and excellent customer service attitudePleasant, courteous and outgoing personality with lots of smilesVery strong communication, interpersonal, relationship management and professional sales skillsWillingness to learn and commitOrganisational skills and ability to critically analyse sales trendsProven experience in the sales of Services is a must.
