Responsibilities:Lead by example as well as manage small team to provide top notch day-to-day customer and F&B services for WOA Hangar66 lounge and cafe, ensuring prompt response, consistent service level and top customer satisfactionDaily opening and closing duties, cleaning and upkeep of lounge/cafe seating and service areas to meet cleanliness and welcoming ambience for the guests throughout the dayBe responsible for taking reservations, answering the phone, responding to any guest requests.Execute order taking, order checking, food & drinks serving, bill preparation, bill closure, table clearing, cleaning of plates & utensils processesAnswer questions about Hangar66 lounge/café amenities and services and handle bookingsGreet each guest warmly when they arrive and thank them as they leave. Be helpful, welcoming and pleasant towards each Guest.Personalize each guest experience by using the guests’ names where known. Acknowledge each special occasion where known.Maintain the Guests’ profile and history, taken note of all special occasions and dates for example birthdays, wedding anniversaries, etc.Support food & beverage service requirements during events and corporate functionsAssist in food and beverages inventory management and administrative, including food supplies ordering, tracking validity and freshness, and re-stocking coordinationGet guest feedback after every meal/serviceSupport customer service delivery and customer experience initiatives such as benefits fulfillment, loyalty programs, seminars, events and associated initiativesSupport regular membership administration, guest experience and satisfaction tracking and reportingPlanning for monthly lounge events activities, promotional materials, brand promotion and maintain excellent relationship with clientsDevelop new ideas / strategies to increase higher engagement level with the top spenders.Carry out any other duties as assigned Requirements:Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service / guest contact or hospitality rolesProactive, positive, meticulous and able to work independently requiring minimal directionAble to work on rotating shifts, night hours, weekends & public holidaysGood team player and enjoy interacting with peoplePossession of the Food Hygiene Certification will be highly preferredPossess a well-groomed, clean and professional appearanceFluent in English and other languages is a plus
