Jet Aviation as an international company offersnumerous possibilities for development and opens reams of professionalperspectives.Summary:The Director Regional Sales is responsible for the sale of MRO and FBO services for Jet Aviation Asia Pacific (APAC) region. As the Sales Director, you will maintain current customer base and grow Jet Aviation market share in existing and new market segments in the APAC region. Your scope of work commences at introducing Jet Aviation to potential customers, building strong, positive relationships through to successfully negotiating and closing contracts and projects subject to company policy in terms of prices and delivery dates.The Director Regional Sales is the focal contact for customers in the APAC region.Responsibilities:Full accountability for achieving sales objectives for MRO out of the regionJet Aviation representative to customers, OEMs, partners as well as conferences and trade showsMaintains customer base, through efficient regular customer visits and build-up relevant MRO market segment with respect to customers, decision-makers, authorities, partners and representativesResponsible for new business development through prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing opportunities.Responsible for issuing responses to RFQs in collaboration with MRO, Operational Support and LegalIn collaboration with Operation Support provide quotes to customers and ensures necessary follow up to ensure effective project closingProvides timely and accurate data for operational support to quote in accordance with customer expectations and prioritiesCollaborate with quotation and revenues management on preparation of quotesHandover of projects into operations and Aircraft groups at point of salesContribute to the development of Sales Plans, forecasting business volume for future periods and regular site / product sales callsEnsure accuracy of accounts, business opportunities and follow-up status in SalesForcePrepare weekly sales and ad-hoc reports on activities and sales achievementsWork closely with Customer Support and PMO to ensure exceptional customer care during their project downtimeStrong cross selling approach to support other lines of businessRepresent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics networkRequirements:Minimum 5 years in an equivalent Sales role (preferably in aviation)Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical qualification required, with other relevant advanced degree preferredSignificant experience in SalesFluent in English. Preference for a strong competence (Mandarin, Cantonese) in a second relevant language is preferred but not essentialResults driven – able to execute with high personal accountabilityCustomer focused – externally focused - strong market perspectiveA high-energy, proactive self-starter with excellent communications skills.High business and financial acumenStrong influencing skillsStrong personal values corresponding with Jet Aviation values (THAT)Able to travel regularly at short noticeStrong personal values corresponding with Jet Aviation values (THAT)Able to travel regularly at short notice
