Job Description

Responsibilities:Main liaison/driver between principal marketing and franchisees in all aspects of branding and marketing, not limited to ensuring brand consistency on international frontsResponsible for providing guidance to franchisees and ensuring all corporate directives and brand direction is being followed accordingly and appropriately to respective marketsDevelop and execute creative marketing / events planning in accordance with brand direction and market requirements for both digital and retail for respective marketsEnsuring all marketing and communications are in line with principal’s strategic direction and brand guidelinesPerform regular market trends and competitive analysis for respective markets to identify business opportunitiesEstablish and maintain consistent communications with franchisees regarding markets’ activities and performanceMonitor marketing expenses of respective international marketsWork with internal stakeholders to set clear KPIs and timelines for all marketing activities in respective marketsAll other ad-hoc duties not limited to creation of monthly, seasonal, and annual reports for respective international marketsJob Requirements:At least a Degree in Marketing or a related fieldPreferably with at least 2-3 years’ relevant experienceExperience in media planning, events management, public relationsGood knowledge of digital tools such as Gsuite tools to perform market research and brand monitoringInnovative and demonstrated ability to generate new ideas and engagement campaignsKnowledge of digital marketing is a plusProficient application of marketing knowledge and IT solutions to achieve project goals and objectivesAble to work effectively in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining relationships between franchisees and principal and ensure timely follow-upExcellent organizational skills, meticulous with an eye for detailsGreat disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are critical
