Extends guidance and training to bell persons working closely with other departments in the hotel to ensure a superior guest experience.This position is on a rotating shift basis, including overnight shifts and On-job training will be provided. As the first and last impression of the Hotel, this high profile department carries a special responsibility. The Bell Captain assists guest with their arrival and departure experience; makes necessary deliveries to and pick ups from guest rooms, transports guests and hotel packages, faxes, envelopes and parcels. They are expected to extend guidance and training to all Guest Services Officer and Guest Services Attendant working closely with other departments in the hotel to ensure a superior guest experience.This position is on a rotating shift basis, including overnight shifts and On-job training will be provided.
