The Neuro-Oncology Team has been awarded the Large Collaborative Grant and comprises investigators from various local and international disciplines. The aim of the grant effort is to translate scientific findings into clinical management of the disease, so that patients will benefit from more targeted therapies.The Research Officer will play a supportive role to the operations of the Neuro-Oncology Research Program and will be given a chance to participate in research projects pending good performance. Techniques encountered in our lab include primary cell culture (human and mouse), flow cytometry, molecular biology, protein chemistry, immunochemistry. Applicants must be open to animal experimentation. This applicant must demonstrate meticulous attention to details, and will be key in managing the operations of the NNI Brain Tumor Resource.
