Job Description

• Supporting the management in setting company’s strategic credit direction, providing effective credit risk management and driving credit performance• Leading the credit team to ensure that all activities in related to credit and collection are carried out in a complete, timely and accurate manner.• Credit risk management includes credit risk analysis, credit operation (control & collection) and reporting.• Review all control procedures, recommend appropriate credit limits, carry out due diligence on all customers, establish and manage limits• Ensure credit limit approval as per credit administration standards and delegation of authority• Responsible to liaise with local and international banks in ensuring optimal trade finance services (LC confirmation, discounting and receivable financing)• Prepare and review weekly and monthly AR Reports and ensure that detailed analysis is provided before distributing to respective sales manager and senior management• Monitor all collection activities and develop processes to improve cash flow and downsize receivables.• Oversee the documentation such as sales contracts, deed of guarantee for payment, shipping and banking documents to ensure that are in line with credit policyJob Requirements• Degree in Finance/Accounting• 4-5 years of work experiences in credit/collections with exposure to Asia Pacific regions• Knowledge of Letter of Credit would be an added advantageous• Proficient in Microsoft ExcelInterested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click on “Apply Now”.
