ResponsibilitiesIdentify prospective tenants to market and conduct viewing with them, and deal with any follow-ups with prospect.Develop, plan, implement and monitor the execution of the marketing related activities to ensure set targets are achievedDevelop new and repeated business opportunities via building long term customer relationships and providing a high level of service.Lead negotiations for new leases and oversee preparation of Lease Documentations and Approval StatusMonitor market trends on supply and demand of business space and providing up to date property and market advice and guidance to customersHandling of the Marketing CollateralsAssisting with customers enquiries, feedbacks via phone, email and walk-in enquiries etc.Build networking channels with tenants and agents.RequirementsExperience in business parks / high-specs industrial assets highly preferred.Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Marketing / Real Estate or equivalent.At least 4 year(s) of relevant experience in marketing and leasing (preferably in industrial assets) is required for this position.Friendly personality.Positive mindset and attitude when driving through leasing activity.Flexible, resourceful and proactive individual who is able to produce results.A great communicator who is able to work with a diverse of tenant mix and various stakeholders.Able to work independently and as a team player.
