Job Description

We are the leader in elevators, escalators and moving walkways.We seek to engage a seasoned Talent Acquisition Advisor who will enable us to deliver our commitment to support business growth in Asia Pacific.Key accountabilities:Manage the end to end recruitment process including consulting with HR and business partners to identify staffing needs.Design and implement attraction strategies, define clear job skill specifications, direct and indirect sourcing, interviews through offers and onboarding.Contribute towards global strategic programs, policies, platforms, services, and tools that enable the company to align staffing with the workforce plans.Ensures local staffing practices are compliant with global/regional initiatives and legal requirements, as well as, meet business priorities such as diversity objectives.To succeed in this role, you possess -7 - 10 years experience across the talent acquisition cycle.Well versed utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally Workday) and recruiting social media tools.Prior experience independently meeting hiring demands in a technical environment (Manufacturing and/or Engineering Industry). Familiarity / understanding of digital enablement/transformation roles.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.Able to commit to a 6-month contract assignment, which may be extended.
