Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Community Manager for the Thai audience as part of a new team to join our journey in growing and fostering a healthy community and help extend our players’ gaming experience in-game & out. In this role, you will contribute to navigating the complex APAC environment and driving our game’s narrative to the players.Reports ToRegional Community Manager, APAC (Direct)Regional Publishing Producer, Operating, APAC (Dotted)What will you doResponsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Conceptualizing, organizing, and executing community focused strategies and content campaigns that would help drive traffic to our gameBuild, maintain, and monitor our community channels from internal and external platforms inclusive of social media touch points across APAC focusing on the Thai marketBecome the point-of-contact for our Thai players. Drive conversations on platforms where our games are availableIdentify, build, and maintain relationships with local language content creators, community contributors, and advocatesActing as the conduit between players and developers to communicate and translate feedback into actionable suggestions for the teamCoordinating communication and initiatives with various stakeholders to collaborate closelySupporting and executing live updates, content releases, and cross-promotional campaignsResearch the latest trends and best practices to stay up to dateCompiling reports and delivering updates on community sentiment, concerns, suggestions, and other related community insightsWhat are we looking forAt least 3 to 5 years’ experience in relevant fields such as community management or social media managementManaging Thai gaming community and working closely with regional community/product team.
