Job DescriptionYou will be part of the team to study Singapore’s employment and employability landscape, identify gaps in existing funding programmes and policies, and develop strategies and solutions to close these gaps. You need to understand how various government funding schemes integrate into e2i’s programmes. As a strong negotiator, you are required to balance e2i’s interests while meeting stakeholders’ objectives when managing funds and programmes. Working closely with internal partners, you will structure and manage an internal framework for programmes and funds.Job RequirementsGood interpersonal and negotiation skillsExcellent analytical, writing, and communication skillsMeticulous, self-driven, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentPreferred 2 years’ experience in policy or strategy formulation, preferably in the Singapore public serviceOpen to applicants without relevant experience but willing to learn
