The Lifelong Learning Institute (LLI), in partnership with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), will provide Skills and Training Advisory (STA) services to the Singapore workforce and this will be supported by a pool of Skills Ambassadors.You will be responsible for the engagement and collaboration with strategic partners and collaborators to extend and enhance the promotion of Skills and Training Advisory services, SkillsFuture messages, programmes and initiatives targeted at individuals and enterprises.Your area of responsibility entails the following:Implement and drive the execution of engagement strategies for LLI to promote STA services and signpost SSG programmes and key messages about lifelong learning and skills development targeted at individuals and enterprises.Identify, engage and foster new partnership opportunities through outreach to the community organisations, corporates and institutions, which include intermediaries such as professional bodies, trade associations and chambers, unions, enterprises, self-help groups to understand their training needs and cultivate meaningful relationships with the partners.Partner with strategic partners and collaborators to co-organise events and programmes, which will include workshops, roadshows and jobs and skills fairs, targeted at promoting skills and training advisory, enhancing the employability of individuals and engage the community in their lifelong learning and skills upgrading journey.Manage partner contracts, MOUs, disbursements and other administrative matters.Oversee the effective implementation and operational support to STA events / programmes activities, including monitoring, analysing and reviewing of events’ performance, information, tracking and trends;Support on-site event deployment operationsRequirements:Possess a tertiary qualificationHave up to 7 years of relevant work experience in stakeholder engagement, strategy formulation and policy/programme implementationStrong business writing, public speaking and presentation skillsGood interpersonal, communication, and networking skillsStrong negotiation skills that can help deliver win-win partnershipsAbility to interact and manage diverse stakeholders from different levelsExperience in planning and organising events and workshopsPrior experience in outreach or community engagement would be an advantageAble to work independently with minimum supervision.Candidates without the required qualification but with relevant experience are welcome to apply.*Successful candidates will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance and may be considered for an extension or be placed on a permanent tenure upon review.*Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.-
