Job Description

Responsibilities :End-to-end Programme Management (e.g. CBG : PB/TPC Onboarding – Right Start Programme; IBG : Credit Curriculum; LI : BGM, SG: SkillsFlex, Bankwide: LinkedIn Learning, Intuition, etc)Contribute as member of L&D Regional Centre of Excellence for Program Management: Lead and establish consistent best practices in L&D program management for efficiencies and scalability, introduce regular cadence and huddle guidelines, provide group level guidance and oversight to other core markets. Desired team setup is for all members to understand each BU/SU learning agendas and how this ties in to support their strategic priorities and effectively work together to manage, deliver and execute in the most optimal and effective structure globallyProject manage the Learning Management System (LMS) setup for programme/curriculum management and tracking of completion via QV Learning DashboardDevelop structured processes and workflows - Collate, track and coordinate nominations (new joiners and staff on internal transfers)Own and lead the execution of class scheduling and trainer allocation, communications to learners on upcoming calendar of programmes and enrolment instructionsWork with Training Admin (TA) on course creation in LMS (internal & external courses)Work with TA team on templates preparation of Welcome email and send class joining instructions (see point 2 on class management as a subset of expectations)Data Analytics and ReportingDelivery and completion of learning projects through Learning Roadmap (LRM), upskilling/reskilling completion report and dashboardUnderstand and navigate QlikView (QV) learning dashboard, sharing data and insights, including progress updates of Learning Roadmaps and Upskilling/Reskilling RoadmapsManage system enhancements - support QV learning dashboard enhancements with relevant data points from LHUB with inputs from BLPProvide ad-hoc reports for critical non-LRM programmes and maximise utilization of QV learning dashboardClass Management (risk mitigation, cost efficiencies and effectiveness)Project manage the annual / quarterly class scheduling and trainer allocation as part of action planning from annual learning needs analysisMaximise cost efficiencies and effectiveness for Business/Support Units (BU/SU) learning costs - monitor class enrolment and handle ad-hoc queries from learners communicate class enrolment status to Business Learning Partners (BLPs) / external vendors for appropriate action [Leveraging on Chat Bot for queries]Work with TA team to ensure preparation and sending of class joining instructions and reminders for pre- and post-course work on a timely basisLiaising with external / internal trainers on class related matters including change of trainers and swapsVendor and Contract Management (includes financial management)Adhere to Procurement guidelines on onboarding of new vendors and/or management of related contracts plus Contract Management Process (CMP)New Vendor – Vendor Onboarding, NDA, MSA and SOWExisting Vendor – monitor contract renewal and execute new SOW as part of action planning from annual learning needs analysisWork with GPS to manage NDA & MSA’s T&C deviationInitiated contract lodgement with GPS i.e. MCR process and PR/PO creation to vendorsGovernment Training SubsidiesIBF submissions for new applications for new programme accreditation/funding and renewal applications for existing programmesSubmission of related invoices to TA team for reimbursements on quarterly basis when requestedSpecial Projects – Critical Initiatives / Stretch OpportunitiesBankwide initiative rollouts e.g. Academy Upgrade, iGrow, OneBot, new systems/new system features testing (such as Learning Hub, IPA-CCF), Academy portal refresh/maintenanceChange management projects involving learning for L&D or BU/SUStandards/Process Harmonisation e.g. Course Category, including clean-up of courses incorrectly classified , standardisation of Course Evaluation FormRequirement:Intermediate Excel skills – able to apply pivots, v or x lookups, helper commands like countifa, etc to help merge and enhance data, setup excel templates for reporting/analyticsStakeholder management skills – good comms skills written and verbal, manage changes efficiently and meticulous in tracking changes to programs flow or workshop dates3-4 years of experience – junior programme managerExperience in L&D programme management in banking or financial sectors will be idealTeamwork spirit, pro-active in nature and comfortable in working in fast-pace work settingEA License No. 01C4394 • RCB No. 200007268E • Lim Jia Jie EA Registration No. R22108969By sending us your personal data and curriculum vitae (CV), you are deemed to consent to PERSOLKELLY Singapore Pte Ltd and its affiliates collecting, using and disclosing my personal data for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy which is available at https://www.persolkelly.com.sg/policies.
