Work closely with parent business division & other internal and external parties, regarding corporate roles.Work across the organization to understand the business activities and plans of the various business units.Monitor and analyse industry trends and market changes to identify opportunities and risks that affect the organization.Preparing to accept visitors from customers and affiliates, responding to visitors and presentation.English / Japanese translation of business materialsSupport for Japanese expatriatesRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree in business, planning or manufacturing fields are desirable.Experience in business planning in the manufacturing industry is desirable.Occasional business trips are required, including travel to the manufacturing plant in Indonesia.Good command of written and spoken English and Japanese. Proficient in Japanese language is required because of the need to work closely with the Japanese parent business division.Proactive, diplomatic and good presentation skills.
