Job Description

The driver behind our growth and reliable brand is OUR PEOPLE.  Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure daily operations are cost effective yet service level is up to expectation of the customers for our branding. This also include ensure our Internal Operation (Insurance Claim, Warranty Claims, and Inter Department Billing) and External (TMC and other visitors) Protocols are adhered closelyLead, organise and motivates the team of executive, administrative staff and technicians to execute the strategies plan while meeting the company set KPI such as profitability, customer service, on time delivery, profit sustainability and qualityWorking together with business partners or establishing new business partners and be a catalyst to implement new products or services to the marketManaging all frontline and workshop operation in an efficient mannerPromote an amicable work environment and ensure there is an efficient flow of relevant information within the departmentResolve customer complaints & short fail of servicesTo co-ordinate with warehouse on the stocking level to meet On Time DeliveryTo facilitate the achievement KPIs target set for frontline and workshopFormulating long and short-term strategies to ensure the profitability for existence of department. Coach and guide ensure all the business dealings contracted are ethical and legalResponsible for service centre’s profit and lossMaintaining a good working relationship with all insurance companiesEnsure Insurance protocol is adhered to accordinglyJob RequirementsPreferably with Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)At least 5 years of relevant technical and managerial work experience in automotive after-sales serviceProficient in MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint and Word)Must have a Valid Class 3 driving licenceStrong leadership qualities, effective interpersonal and excellent communication skillsAble to adapt and work independently in a fast-paced environment
