Role & Responsibilities:To lead from the front and manage the project to meet the predefined scope, time and quality with existing resourcesOversee all day-to-day activities by the team member, who may be geographically separated within SingaporeBe a single point of contact between the customer and SSABe single point of contact in co-ordination and consultation with the customer, with overall responsibility and accountability for all aspects of the delivery and implementationPrepare and submit the weekly, monthly meeting materials with customer, within the specified timeframePresent the project progress, discuss and review the issues and risks at the working / steering level meetingsPrepare and submit meeting minutes within the specified timeframePrepare and submit weekly / monthly reports to customer within the specified timeframeAnticipate the issues and schedule delays in a multivendor environment and pre-empt the customer project management to draft contingency and / or recovery planMaintaining registry of project documents and BOMVetting all project documents before submission to customer to assure qualityEnsure all security regulations is followed by all members of the teamJob Requirements:Degree in Information System or relevant IT experienceAt least 5 years of project management experience in both IT & business capacityPreferred to have PMP / CITPM / PSM certificationsManaged and delivered large, complex turnkey projects of more than SGD$5m in budget, with high standards and quality will be an advantageManaged a large team of at least 10 - 15 people (Developers, business analysts, testers) will be an advantageGood knowledge preferably with IBM Maximo, DB2, micro services, API platforms, and IT InfrastructureExcellent communication with strong analytical and writing skillMultilingual is added advantageExperienced in managing stakeholders across multiple departments of different interests and agendasExperienced in scheduling, co-ordinating, driving the regular progress meetings, technical, operational and system change management meetings with customer of various capacity and / or other vendors of the customerExperienced in completing impact analysis, articulate the impact to management and quality the schedule, cost and quality impacts for approvalExperienced in all project financials
