As a member of the Strategic Planning team, you will carry out industry, value chain and business feasibility analysis to support top management in its strategic decision-making. As part of the corporate HQ team, you will work closely with colleagues in our various overseas offices in a collaborative environment to help pursue our aggressive growth agenda. You will also participate directly in the Group’s development projects, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and coordinate both external and internal parties in order to complete projects in an efficient manner.You will have the opportunity to grow with the Group, create value, and develop yourself professionally in an exciting and challenging environment. The position will report to the Commercial Director of Pacific Oil & Gas.Requirements• At least 12 years relevant experience in a corporate/strategic planning role, or from M&A or Corporate Finance teams of leading MNCs, investment banks, accounting firms, management consulting firms, etc.• Prior work experience in LNG/Gas/Gas To Power sectors will be a strong preference • Good working knowledge of strategic planning tools, fundamental corporate analysis, corporate finance, and investment principles.• Strong financial modelling capabilities, covering industry analysis, discounted cash flow analysis, competitor benchmarking, etc.• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work independently and in a team. Self-motivated, driven, resourceful, out-of-the box thinking, strong commercial acumen and results-oriented.• Possess high integrity and ethics, positive work attitude, versatile, hands-on and with good attention to details. Willing to travel.• Good degree in Engineering, Accountancy, Business Administration or Physical Sciences from a reputable university. A CFA or MBA will be considered favourably.
