ResponsibilitiesProvide insightful analysis into opportunities and risks to the business teamsIdentify, formulate, and present financially sensible change processes to key stakeholdersIdentify key business drivers and provide insightful analysis to help the business to grow top line revenues and manage costs.Manage new initiatives and projects within the business, setting new finance processes, business processes and monitoring metrics (via dashboards / data visualization tools)Work closely with wider FP&A and Controlling teams to improve reporting process and systemsDevelop financial models and build business cases to evaluate new business ideas and effectuate strategic decisionsRequirementsMinimally a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or similar with at least 2 years of relevant commercial experienceMust possess knowledge of foundational SQL at the minimum; ability to manipulate back-end dataExcellent analytical skills to process voluminous data, interpret trends, establish high-quality insights and business implicationsInterest in understanding operational processes to improve quality of analysisStrong commercial awareness, strong critical thinking skills, high attention to detail and hands-on attitude.Able to deal with multiple stakeholders across all management levels and countriesComfortable working with ambiguity and possessing a passion for problem solving.Motivated go-getter with the ability to manage time and concurrent projects effectively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to compose and present reports, findings and presentations with a keen attention to detail
