MAJOR DUTUIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Using a risk-based audit approach, the Internal Audit Manager is responsible for:Assisting to develop the annual audit plan for select markets within Asia Pacific;Planning audits, developing the risk assessment and control evaluation, developing and executing test plans in select Asia Pacific countries;Encouraging open communications and coordinating development of management action plans for audit issues;Reporting audit results to country management, Asia Pacific Regional management, and select country audit committees;Developing client relationships to gain an understanding of the key business risks within the Asia Pacific Region;Participating in business initiatives and proactively provide advice on proper controls while the project is in development;Responsible for training and mentoring new auditors and underwriting rotation program participants;May participate in various Special Projects with the International Audit Team and Special Investigation Group.REPORTING STRUCTURE:Reports to the Director of Internal Audit, Asia Pacific Region who reports to the Chief Auditor, Chubb Limited. The Chief Auditor reports to the Chubb Limited President and CEO, CFO, and to the Chubb Limited Audit Committee.DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance or ActuarialCPA or CIA preferredA minimum of 5 years experience in internal audit of a Property & Casualty and/or Life insurance company or 5 years public accounting experience with at least 3 years focused on P&C and/or Life industry.Excellent written and verbal communications skills.Willingness to travel within Asia Pacific up to 40% with potentially some travel to Europe and the US.Superior project management skills.Must be a team player.Computer literacy essential with knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., ACL, Qlik, PowerBI).MBA or CPCU/CLU a plus.-
