The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of business relationships and maximizing revenues from assigned institutional accounts. He/she will also need to develop knowledge of client needs and requirements and coordinates efforts to service client organizations.Responsibilities:Account acquisition and management responsibility for regional institutional clients, with coverage including Mainland, HK and Taiwan.Strategizing, Developing and execution of sales strategiesGenerating deep understanding of client needs and building relationships with key client decision makerBuild effective relationships with the clients to develop revenue opportunities and to deliver a high quality of serviceDevelop pipeline of target institutional clients to generate revenue on institutional equity sales business.Promote the brand through intensified communication with major institutional clients in the region.Customise investment solutions to suit the needs of prospects and existing clients.Requirement:5-10+ years’ experience in institutional sales, research or tradingBachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business, or related discipline.Demonstrate a track record in developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales results.Ability to focus and prioritise the key initiatives across a broad range of opportunities and relationshipsAn understanding of micro and macro-economic factors affecting Asian equity marketsTechnical Knowledge of the Brokerage Industry-
