Customer Relationship Mangement Operations Analyst (CRM & Loyalty) / $5,000 / Buona Vista6 Months Contract (Renewable)This role is responsible for contributing to development and execution of CRM strategy for digital campaigns. With the direction of the Regional Marketing & the Regional CRM Lead, the candidate will define and implement CRM programs towards the aim of achieving KPIs. The candidate will work on several projects at a time across multiple markets in Asia Pacific and will be involved in all phases. The candidate should be data-driven and be able to utilize analytics to power their CRM strategy.Responsibilities:Lead the Omni channel agenda for the SEA geography by delivering Omni CRM projects across the geoEnsure on-time and on-quality delivery in all the CRM projects launched in SEACRM Program ManagementOwn and deliver the program KPIs for all SEA marketsAccountable for member revenue growth & customer lifetime value targets for SEA marketsInteract with external agencies in other markets (as needed) for support in creation of digital assetsUses smart segmentation techniques to improve metrics of digital campaignsHands-on creation of customer journeys and campaigns in a CRM toolProvide insights and recommendations to relevant stakeholders based on analyticsRequirementsBachelor’s or a Master’s degree, preferably in Marketing4-6 years of experience in agency/in-house environmentAt least two years’ experience in running CRM operations.Extremely analytical with hands on data analysis experienceAbility to multi-task and work effectively under high pressure while handling multiple projects.
