Job Description

Collectively, we handle the most complex regional and cross border deals.With over 750 fee earners in the region working towards one shared goal of giving our clients the home advantage, we are the Lawyers Who Know Asia and we are seeking a Customer Relationship Management Executive to join our highly regarded team at Rajah & Tann Singapore.The role presents an opportunity for an accomplished and motivated individual to work with the Business Development team on the day-to-day administration and development of the firm’s relationship management (CRM) system.We are looking for someone who has a very strong work ethic and a genuine interest in working for a law firm to join us.Job Responsibilities:Support and make best-practice recommendations on the firms CRM system.Update and maintain stakeholder records within the CRM system.Work collaboratively with our Information Technology team to manage the system and for data warehousing.Collaborate effectively with different business units to gather and document new and existing requirements while providing recommendations and suggestions.Ensure that the firms customer database is correctly segmented to target marketing activities appropriately.Oversee the CRM data governance which includes:Data standardsData auditData structuresUser access rightsReportingTrainingTroubleshoot software or user errors that inhibit the efficiency of the interaction between users and the CRM system.Requirements:Diploma / Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.Solid prior experience in a similar role.Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices.Strong attention to detail, to be able to manage the integrity of the CRM system effectively.Analytical, data-driven and well-versed with Excel.Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.Strong team player and comfortable working in a matrix environment.We offer a competitive and attractive remuneration package and career development opportunities.Interested candidates are invited to apply online with a comprehensive resume, via the APPLY NOW button below.
