Job Functions & Summary:Provide excellent service and experience to members at the Lifestyle Centre.Job Roles & Responsibilities:Ensure the day-to-day operations are run smoothly and operated in an efficient manner in compliance with the Club’s Rules and Bye-Laws.Organise and plan activities and programs to promote patronage.Ensure that all facilities and equipment are maintained and serviced to the best possible condition according to the planned schedules.Ensure all facilities and equipment are according to specification prior to any tournaments or competitions.Provide excellent services to all Club Members and Guests.Attend and prepare all committee meetings and minutes.Supervise and guide all staff members in your department to achieve higher work productivity and work excellenceEnsure the strictest compliance by team members with all standard operating and established procedures, policies, guidelines etc, in the management of the facilities and activities.Oversee all leagues and competitions to ensure proper conduct and running of the events according to the established game rules.Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.Requirements:Degree/Diploma in Sports Management or its equivalent.Minimum 3 years related working experience in sports with exposure to hotels/hospitality environment.Knowledge and experience in organising and running major bowling leagues and tournamentKnowledge and experience in maintenance of bowling facilities and equipment.Knowledge of various SportSg programs including grants and funding would be advantageous.Good working knowledge of MS Office.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both oral and written, and a positive attitude towards fostering teamwork among associates in a support role.Ability to lead, motivate a large team of staff, adapt, embraces strong cultural diversity, and work in multi-ethnic teams.
